GRACE FOUNDATION at RSF, ESALEN LOVE SCHOOL and CALIFORNIA HEALING BIOTOPES TOUR – September 2016
$7.1K
In September 2016, another step was taken to nurture the vision of Healing Biotopes on the US West Coast. Sabine Lichtenfels, Benjamin von Mendelssohn and a team from Tamera spent 2.5 weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area and Big Sur, California, hosting three events in cooperation with Gigi Coyle and Charles Eisenstein:
• a deepening day-long seminar for a group of people already involved in the process of envisioning a Healing Biotope on “Turtle Island”
• a Grace Foundation think tank hosted at the Rudolf Steiner Foundation in San Francisco
• a 6-day Love School at the Esalen Institute
Additionally, Sabine and Benjamin were invited to the Ojai Foundation (CA) for a gathering of advisors. The Ojai Foundation is one of the projects The Grace Foundation maintains reliable contact with, as we see its potential to develop into a Healing Biotope or an education site for a similar vision in different words.

The think tank at RSF hosted an interdisciplinary professionally experienced group of fascinating people (former RSF CEO, social entrepreneurs in marketing and tech, political-spiritual activists, vision guides, former high level financial advisors). Together, we tended to the question of healing money through cultural innovation and cultural healing through money. The afternoon was also characterized by deep listening to personal stories in this circle, connecting the global through the personal in the realm of wealth stewardship and responsibility.

In the face of the struggle at Standing Rock and the (back then potential) Trump administration, the afternoon was also dedicated to connecting with the current political situation in radical honesty, which showed in the closing prayer that acknowledged the grieving and insight of the deep cultural and historic wound of the United States being founded on genocide.

We were grateful for the forming of alliances in service of cultural transformation, the seeding of new partnerships and future collaborations with The Grace Foundation.
